The Russian Federation will host IX Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum – “United Cultures Forum” to be held on November 16-18, 2023.
As part of the three-day forum, leading cultural figures and representatives of government agencies will discuss trends and topical issues of enhancing the modern cultural environment. One of the key events will be a meeting of the Ministers of Culture of the forum member countries.
Traditionally, the top leadership of the Russian Federation is expected to participate in the forum events.
The architecture of the business programme will consist of three blocks: “Learning of History through Culture”, “Artificial Intelligence – a Threat or a Boon for Culture”, “Traditional Culture as a Foundation for Building a Civilised Society”.
The forum will offer a unique opportunity for the professional exchange of views and for reaching agreements on joint creative initiatives aimed at the preservation and popularisation of the best examples of the world’s cultural heritage and the advancement of international cultural dialogue based on the principles of mutual understanding and respect.
The event is attended by representatives of the cultural community from Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
