Molosi in a contemplative mood

After 10 years of a successful business relationship, actor Donald Molosi will be saying goodbye to Waka Management.

Under Waka management, Molosi co-produced and featured released 2064, a UK-Botswana film starring King Tux and Thabo Rametsi. Waka also partnered with Molosi on his Africa-wide tour launching his manifesto called Dear Upright African.

Says Molosi, “My time at Waka has been excellent and productive. Even as I say goodbye to Waka family, I know that the friendships I made whenever we all met will stay for life. Tux and Gaetano and Chris will continue to be my brothers whom I can call on.”

The “A United Kingdom” actor adds that, “Rosie Motene managed me since 2014 and in that time we have become close friends. She remains one of the people I call when I need to talk to a friend.”

The Waka agency, headed by veteran South African actress Rosie Motene also represents Chris Attoh, Gaetano Kagwa and Maps Maponyane. Molosi will henceforth be represented by the London-based Julie Mango Talent Agency.

“I thank Waka, Rosie for the Pan-African synergy. I thank King Tux for initially introducing Rosie and I to each other.”
