Dream Factory Foundation has officially launched its latest initiative, the Emergent Business Coaching Scholarship Program

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

  • Empowering African Entrepreneurs Through Tailored Coaching, Mentorship, and Practical Growth Tools

Dream Factory Foundation has officially launched its latest initiative, the Emergent Business Coaching Scholarship Program, a groundbreaking opportunity designed to empower aspiring and established entrepreneurs in Africa.

The program will kick off in Botswana and Zimbabwe in its first year, with ambitious plans to expand across the continent and eventually, globally.

This 12-week intensive program offers more than just business training. It combines personalized coaching, hands-on mentorship, and targeted skills development to meet the real, practical needs of African entrepreneurs.

What sets it apart is its tailor-made approach: instead of a one-size-fits-all curriculum, the Dream Factory team works with each cohort to identify key challenges in their ventures and then customizes the program to address those specific gaps.

The program is open to both women and men, and in a bold move toward inclusivity, it removes the traditional upper age limit found in many entrepreneurship programs.

Anyone aged 18 and above can apply, including individuals over 45, who are often excluded from such opportunities.

“We’re bridging the gap in access to relevant, practical entrepreneurial training,” a spokesperson for Dream Factory Foundation, said.

“This program is not just about teaching, it’s about transforming businesses with strategies that actually work in the African context.”

Participants will gain access to:

● Certified training and accredited courses

● Personalized business coaching

● Pitching opportunities to investors and stakeholders

● Accountability partners for consistent progress

● A powerful network of African entrepreneurs

● Tools and frameworks to scale and grow sustainably

The Emergent Business Coaching Scholarship Program is more than just an educational offering; it’s a commitment to uplifting African entrepreneurs with the resources, skills, and support they need to succeed.
